5 Mindful Moves™ provides the energy, action and awareness for transformational change. As individual leaders and teams begin to name and understand the cycles of change, barriers and disconnects are released.
Meanwhile, the creative transformation and broadened leadership potentials are ignited. Teams become energized, collaborative, engaged, internally accountable, self-motivated and astoundingly effective!
1 – Observe: This is the starting point where there is an assessment of the current condition and a determination of what needs change.
2 – Regenerate: This is the cycle for divergent and innovative thinking to explore and imagine new possibilities. It is a highly creative phase in which new ideas and solutions are imagined.
3 – Envision: This is the cycle for convergent thinking, to explore all the options then focus and formulate a clear vision and key goals to accomplish the results desired.
4 – Co-create: This is the cycle of action. Plans are implemented through collaborative efforts. Partners are engaged and effective methods of communication are developed.
5 – Sustain: This is the cycle where new strategies turn into a practice through the creation of ongoing systems, support and sustainable efforts.
These 5 “moves” align with nature’s cycles and are based on ancient Chinese wisdom. Learn how these natural cycles operate individually, how they operate as a unit and how they can influence the overall success of an individual, team and organization. They offer a powerful, practical and intuitive system for initiating change and a way to eco-create your organization.
– Understand how the laws of nature play out in human relationships and the creative process
– Identify imbalances within yourself, your team, the environment and the organization as a whole
– Learn practical ways to improve the energy and create well-being based on balanced replenishment and expenditure
– Inspire creativity and productivity by unleashing the natural flow of life cycles
Whether you are part of a team or a leader of a team, join this workshop to learn principles of eco-creation…and move to more success!
